From 2022 to 2023, the municipality of Hünenberg worked with interested landowners to carry out an interdisciplinary study contract for further developing the town centre. This also involved an echo group with representatives from business, senior citizens, young people and the cultural sector. Feedback from the echo group on the task, interim results and winning concept helped ensure a more holistic perspective and increased political acceptance of the project. The results of the study contract are being implemented in various site developments and infrastructure projects, such as road and square designs.
