We also conduct feasibility studies and analyse areas for potential. In addition, we are also experts at consulting on issues relating to planning law or building regulations, as well as organising and moderating events.

EG = ground floor and development groove
These two aspects are crucial when it comes to designing living spaces. The ‘EG’ in our company name reflects what we think is important in our work.
The ground floor (‘Erdgeschoss’ or ‘EG’ in German) is a key element in any building and any urban planning activities. It links the indoors with the outdoors, upstairs with downstairs. Ground floors play a crucial role in determining how our houses feel, and how we experience streets and squares in our villages and cities.
Development groove (’Entwicklungsgroove’ or ‘EG’ in German) means following the latest trends. It is important that we see the signs of the times and keep a finger on the pulse. However far and wide we search for solutions, the world is the place where we live. And the world is constantly changing – now even more quickly than before. We take the elements that drive these changes and incorporate them into our projects, and ensure participatory planning processes. This produces viable, sustainable solutions.
